Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive palliative care services to patients and families dealing with serious illnesses in an inpatient setting. They will manage patient transitions and coordinate care while reporting to the supervising physician or Medical Director.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a current Texas RN license and NP certification. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in palliative care is required.
