What You’ll Do
As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:
Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
Create individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based interventions
Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
Implement skin and wound‑prevention strategies
Educate clients and families to support long‑term success
Document care using our intuitive EMR system
