$380-$390 per day, negotiable based on experience. Rates are negotiable.
Fully Remote. 1099 Contract Opportunity
Monday to Friday.
Assignment available for this 2026-27 School Year. Flexible hours depending on the opportunity.

The Role
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.
As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality telehealth speech-language pathology services, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would
- Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
- Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
- Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress
- Must have a valid Louisiana state SLP license and an active ASHA certification
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
- Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
- Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
- Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech-language pathology services to K–12 students, assess their speech and language needs, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their IEPs. Document sessions and progress toward goals, while coordinating with school staff, teachers, case managers, administrators, and families.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Louisiana SLP license and active ASHA certification, be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license, and be authorized to work in the United States. They must have experience using telehealth platforms for school-based assessment and therapy, a reliable FERPA-compliant technology setup, and the ability to collaborate remotely.
