Key Responsibilities
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for producing high-quality X-ray images by safely and efficiently conducting exams according to provider orders. They also manage patient records, maintain imaging equipment, and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
Requirements
Candidates must have completed formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology and hold current NYS licensure. Additionally, certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required upon hire.
