Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

The therapist will create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and conduct various therapy sessions including individual, group, and family therapy. They are also responsible for managing a caseload, providing crisis intervention, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an associate or bachelor degree in a relevant field and possess active state licensure such as LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, CAC-AD, or CSC-AD. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries are required.
