Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care, manages treatment plans from initial contact to discharge, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure functional progress. They also participate in departmental process improvement, clinical education, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
