• Independent practice
• 3 weeks on/ 1 week off
• 8 FTE department
• 1:5 call... this will move to 1:8 call as positions fill

General, Gyn, healthy peds, ortho, spine, plastics, GU, endo, OB(260 deliveries per year)

No vascular, no neuro, no bariatric

• $357,000 base
• Call over 6 days/month compensated
• Post call day off most of the time, any post call work compensated
• $5000 CME
• $20,000 annual loan reimbursement
• 403B with 3% match 457, full benefits, employer paid professional liability insurance

Must be capable of independent practice in a rural hospital and have OB/epidural, regional experience
