APRN Hospice & Palliative Care

Key Responsibilities

The APRN provides advanced clinical expertise to assess complex patient needs, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized plans of care for hospice and palliative patients. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and have at least two years of clinical experience as an APRN. An active, unrestricted Ohio RN license, DEA license, and board certification are required, along with the ability to travel throughout the service area.
