Team Physician

Join Ohio's Hospice as a Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician – Ohio in Ohio. The Team Physician’s Essential Duties Are: Provides expertise in caring for patients with life limiting, serious illness and their families. Provides medical direction to hospice/palliative care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• This position is Full-time.

• There is weekend and on call responsibilities.

• This position will serve the South Region including inpatient unit, facility, and home visits.

• Must have ability to be credentialed in all of the south region.

Requirements

• MD or DO.

• Hospice and/or hospitalist experience preferred.

• Prior experience in working with terminally ill patients.

• Board certification or eligibility in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred.
