What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the clinical leader and mentor to associate veterinarians and support staff
  • Oversee the medical quality of the hospital
  • Collaborate with hospital management on business and operational decisions
  • Help develop and implement protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Continue practicing veterinary medicine with a reduced caseload to balance leadership duties
