Waynesburg Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian with strong leadership qualities to step into a Chief of Staff role at our well-respected, full-service practice in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the clinical leader and mentor to associate veterinarians and support staff
- Oversee the medical quality of the hospital
- Collaborate with hospital management on business and operational decisions
- Help develop and implement protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
- Continue practicing veterinary medicine with a reduced caseload to balance leadership duties
