Key Responsibilities
The Podiatrist will diagnose and treat foot and leg injuries, including fractures and skin conditions, for residents in skilled nursing facilities. They are also responsible for prescribing medication, providing foot care advice, and referring patients for surgical procedures when necessary.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctoral degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and possess an active state license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is required.
