The BCBA will lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery while performing functional behavior assessments. They are also responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and conducting caregiver training sessions to support families.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. An active BCBA certification from the BACB is required for this position.
