Key Responsibilities

The therapist will evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and coaching parents through home carryover programs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Kentucky license in their respective field (OT, SLP, or PT) along with relevant certifications like NBCOT or ASHA. A current CPR and First Aid certification is also required for all applicants.
