Urgent Care Physician (Per Diem)

Key Responsibilities

Physicians will independently treat acute episodic conditions by performing clinical services, including selecting and utilizing appropriate diagnostics and therapeutic procedures for patients. Key duties involve examining patients, interpreting tests, making diagnoses, prescribing medication, treating minor injuries, and supervising Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners remotely.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school with 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience, including a minimum of 18 months in an applicable practice setting, with adult and pediatric experience strongly preferred. Required certifications include being Board Certified or Eligible by an ABMS or AOA board in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, along with an active state medical license.
