Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school required Work Experience 2

• 5 years of post

• residency clinical experience required Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred Required Licenses/Certifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by an ABMS member board or AOA specialty board in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

Work Schedule
