Key Responsibilities

The Lead Physical Therapist will mentor the rehabilitation team, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with hospital departments to ensure high-quality patient care. They will also provide hands-on clinical treatment, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning to drive positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed an accredited Physical Therapist program and possess or be willing to obtain a Texas state license. Previous experience in an inpatient setting is preferred for this leadership role.
