The Clinical Mental Health Professional performs psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans for patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide crisis intervention, coordinate care, and facilitate effective discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or a related field and possess current state licensure as a CSW, LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or Psychologist. Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care are required.
