Key Responsibilities
- will monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects/complications, and consult with the psychiatrist who makes recommendations with a goal of reduction in symptoms.
- will do Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care teams to treat and plan for the social and medical needs of patients by consulting with other providers and making referrals.
- must adopt and execute C-I-CARE standards for all of patients, families and towards each other.
