Key Responsibilities

will monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects/complications, and consult with the psychiatrist who makes recommendations with a goal of reduction in symptoms.

will do Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care teams to treat and plan for the social and medical needs of patients by consulting with other providers and making referrals.

must adopt and execute C-I-CARE standards for all of patients, families and towards each other.
