The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating patient care, providing clinical treatment, and training caregivers on home programming and progress.
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred, along with CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
