Endodontic Focused Opportunity | Multiple Referral Clinics

We are seeking a part-time Associate Endodontist to join us at My Dentist of Port St. Lucie and within our group of Practices with North Star Dental Practices. This is an opportunity to step into a high-demand, collaborative environment with strong referral relationships, modern systems, and significant long-term growth potential across our group.

We are open to both experienced endodontists and new graduates. We would consider a general dentist with an international endodontic background.

Schedule: One day per month - ideally Friday, with flexibility of day(s) for the right candidate.

If desired, the ability to increase schedule within our group of practices across Florida

Responsibilities

Perform root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures with precision, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and diagnostic imaging, to develop effective treatment plans.

Collaborate with management, general dentists and clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and post-procedure care using clear, empathetic communication.

Requirements

• Certified specialist in Endodontics or eligible for specialty licensure in the State of Florida.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
