Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans for a wide variety of diagnoses.
- Modify treatment plans as needed and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques to support functional, sensory, motor, and self-help skill development.
- Complete prior authorization reports, evaluations, progress notes, quarterly updates, and all documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with BCBA’s, clinicians, families, and other providers to achieve optimal client outcomes.

- Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, families, staff, teachers, and other providers.
- Consistently demonstrate high integrity and alignment with the company’s core values.
