Job description
Join The Village Network as a Youth Therapist – IHBT, $5K Signing Bonus, 34 Days PTO in Mansfield, Ohio, United States.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $60K - $64.35K
- Signing bonus: $5,000.
- 272 days PTO.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support and behavioral health services by assessing client needs and developing individual treatment plans. Coordinate care with families, agencies, and courts while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with clinical models.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field along with LSW or LPC licensure. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and using restraints.
