Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one speech, language, and feeding therapy in home settings. They are also responsible for tracking patient progress, documenting clinical data, and coordinating care with families and medical professionals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, and Article 9 certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required to facilitate home visits.
