Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors patient behavior and provides continuous supervision to ensure a safe and structured environment. They assist patients with daily living activities, facilitate educational groups, and document patient data while responding to medical emergencies.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Candidates with six months of experience working with psychiatric populations and relevant certifications in CPR and de-escalation are preferred.
