Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:
Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
Support students with:
Receptive and expressive language disorders
Social/pragmatic communication
Executive functioning and academic language skills
Articulation and phonological disorders
Fluency disorders
Voice disorders
AAC and assistive communication needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
Active New Hampshire SLP License or eligibility
School-based, pediatric, or teletherapy experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
