Looking for a dental home where your skills are valued, your career can flourish, and you genuinely love coming to work? We'd love to meet you!

At Exquisite Smiles, supported by Smile Brands, we believe exceptional patient care starts with a team that feels appreciated, empowered, and supported.

We offer the best of both worlds: the welcoming, patient-focused atmosphere of a private practice combined with the training, technology, benefits, and resources of a nationally recognized organization.

We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and takes pride in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, put your clinical expertise into action, and continue growing your skills alongside a collaborative team invested in your success.

A Career That Keeps Growing – Invest in your future with company-paid continuing education, mentorship, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.

Make a Difference Beyond the Smile – Help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health through preventive care, education, and personalized treatment.

Build Relationships That Matter – Get to know your patients, earn their trust, and become a valued partner in their long-term oral health journey.

A Culture That Truly Cares – Join a team that values kindness, empathy, communication, and respect. We believe supporting one another is just as important as caring for our patients.

The Best of Both Worlds – Enjoy the personal connections and welcoming feel of a private practice with the stability, benefits, technology, and resources of Smile Brands.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here!

You deserve more than just another hygiene position. You deserve a workplace where your clinical expertise is respected, your professional growth is encouraged, and you feel good about the work you do every day.

At Exquisite Smiles, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, expand your skills, and become part of a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
