Build Relationships That Matter – Get to know your patients, earn their trust, and become a valued partner in their long-term oral health journey.

A Culture That Truly Cares – Work alongside teammates who lead with kindness, empathy, communication, and respect. We believe supporting one another is just as important as caring for our patients.

The Best of Both Worlds – Enjoy the personal connections and welcoming atmosphere of a private practice with the stability, benefits, technology, and resources of Smile Brands.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here!

You deserve more than just another hygiene position. You deserve a workplace where your expertise is respected, your professional growth is encouraged, and you feel good about the work you do every day.
