Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients requiring speech-language therapy in an acute care and inpatient rehab setting. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, educating families, and managing patient discharge processes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a valid State of Michigan license. Additionally, one year of clinical experience and the Certificate of Clinical Competence by ASHA are required.
