Key Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting providers with direct patient care, including rooming patients, performing clinical procedures, and documenting medical history in the EPIC system. Additionally, the role involves managing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, chart management, and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed an accredited medical assistant, phlebotomy, CNA, EMT, or paramedic program. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, though new graduates from an accredited medical assistant program will be considered.
