Key Responsibilities

The Retail Pharmacist Lead is responsible for compounding and dispensing medications, maintaining all necessary records for prescriptions, charges, and inventory, and providing drug information to staff members. This role also involves direct interaction with patients, providers, and medical staff, and advising executives on functional strategies.

Requirements

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 8 or more years of technical experience, 2 or more years of project leadership experience, an active state Board of Pharmacy license, and certification as an Immunizer. Candidates must also participate in the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program as this is a patient-facing role.
