Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for PanCare of Florida in Panama City, Florida.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Executive leadership opportunity within a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Lead provider performance, clinical quality, and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain a balanced administrative and clinical practice

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary Target of $250,000
- Up to $300,000 for the Right Candidate
