Join Advocate Health as a Home Health RN Case Manager – $3K Sign-On, M-F in Oak Brook, Illinois, United States. Department: 34100 South Metro A - Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full time salaried Registered Nurse Home Health Case Manager. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
