What Makes This Opportunity Different?
This isn’t a high-volume outpatient setting! You’ll provide individualized, one-on-one care, giving you more time to focus on your patients and build meaningful relationships with the residents you serve.
Aberdeen Ridge is a beautiful senior living community that opened just one year ago, giving you the opportunity to work in a modern, welcoming environment serving residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Therapy also goes beyond the rehab gym. You’ll have the opportunity to work with residents throughout the community, providing care in the spaces where they live and move every day.
And the setting is pretty special too! Aberdeen Ridge offers beautiful views of Pikes Peak, creating a unique backdrop for your workday.
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Provide rehabilitative services to residents under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
- Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
- Provide individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions with a functional approach.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes.
- Your Legacy career offers great experiences, work/life balance, and excellent rewards, including:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- 401(k)
- Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and pet insurance
- Paid time off (PTO) with rollover and buyout options at year’s end
- Company-paid group life insurance
- Flexible spending account
- Voluntary life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance
