How You’ll Contribute
To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfacto-rily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for
· RN license required
Basic Life Support certification is required.
· ACMA Accredited Case Management Certification required or must obtain within 2 years of hire

Key Responsibilities
The Director of Case Management develops and implements departmental goals while overseeing clinical operations, staffing, and budget management. They ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while fostering an environment that promotes professional growth and evidence-based clinical practices.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. An ACMA Accredited Case Management Certification is required or must be obtained within two years of hire.
