Job Description
Flexible Part-Time Registered Dietitian Opportunity
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our team and provide nutrition services in a long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a part-time opportunity for approximately 12 hours per week.
Additional PRN opportunities are also available in the area for RDs interested in picking up occasional coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
- Complete MDS assessments and care plans
- Monitor weights and nutrition risk
- Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
- Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
- Onsite visits completed during weekdays
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure (KY & IN preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Pre-Employment Requirements

- Drug screening
