Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist provides early intervention services to children birth to age three using a Primary Service Provider model and evidence-based coaching techniques. They participate in multidisciplinary evaluations, develop Individualized Family Support Plans, and monitor child and family progress within natural environments.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and a current State of Hawaii license in Physical Therapy. One year of experience in physical therapy or early intervention is highly preferred, along with current First Aid and CPR certification.
