Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility for patient care, providing evaluations, modalities, and treatments according to professional standards, while also supervising assistive personnel. Responsibilities include patient and family teaching, participating in performance improvement, and contributing to cost-effectiveness of departmental services.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates from an accredited physical therapy program and hold current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona, along with current Basic Life Support/CPR certification. One year of practice experience in an outpatient hospital clinic or private practice is preferred.
