Job Description
BCBA Needed – Mechanicsville, VA Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a compassionate, experienced BCBA to support an amazing 8-year-old child receiving in-home ABA services!
Case Details: Mechanicsville, VA In-home services Monday–Friday ⏰ 3 PM–7 PM availability RBT supervision and parent training included Who We’re Looking For: Active BCBA certification Experience supporting children with autism Skilled in supporting emotional regulation, aggression, and transitions Patient, flexible, and collaborative approach to working with families Strong communication and RBT supervision skills We’re hoping to find someone who can build a positive relationship with the child and family and provide individualized, compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide individualized, in-home ABA services for an 8-year-old child. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting parent training, and managing behavioral goals such as emotional regulation and transitions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and possess experience supporting children with autism. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families are required.
