Associate Dentist, Partnership Track — 96th Street Family Dentistry, Fishers, IN │ 30–35% of Collections │ 4 Days, Fridays Off Most associate jobs offer a percentage. This one offers a path to ownership.

Rusch Dental Group has grown for 26 years, one practice at a time: Parkview Family Dentistry (New Castle), Hagerstown Family Dentistry, 96th Street Family Dentistry (Fishers), and Richmond Dental Care. Dr. Katie Petry-Rich, hired in Hagerstown in 2009, is still with the group today. The path is clear: Dentist → Clinical Leader → Equity Partner.

Your training starts right away. As soon as you sign, you’ll start joyFULL Growth’s Dental Associate Growth case acceptance program: 30 days of learning, then 12 months to implement. Your team is trained on it too, along with coaching through Tower Leadership, Paragon, and RIPE Global. And Dr. Rusch, a Pankey-trained founder, mentors you directly on his admin day.

Pay: 30% of collections to $600K, 32% to $900K, 34% to $1.2M, 35% above. Collect $900K, earn about $276K.

Production: Historically $50–60K/month in this role, with $80K+ already achieved Guarantee: $800/day for your first 6 months Schedule: Mon–Wed 7:30–4:30, Thu 7:30–2:30. Fridays off.

Clinical: Implants, extractions, endo, cosmetic, sedation; CBCT, scanners, WaveOne, lasers, grafting CE: $3,500 a year, plus support for advanced training like Pankey Covered: Malpractice, ADA/IDA dues, scrubs; 401(k) after 1 year Location: Fishers, one of Indiana’s fastest-growing communities, minutes from Indianapolis You’re a fit if you’re a self-starter and a leader, you do a broad mix of procedures well, and your patients say yes to treatment.

Participation in practice coaching is expected. You’re not a fit if you want production handed to you or prefer the status quo.

Send your resume, or a quick note about where you want to be in three years, to Abagail at abby@ruschdentalgroup.com. You’ll hear back within 48 hours.
