Ambulatory Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner – EvergreenHealth, Bothell, Seattle East Side
You are invited to join our stellar Behavioral Health team at EvergreenHealth's Canyon Park Clinic, sharing a space with our primary and urgent care settings. The ideal candidate has experience with providing therapy to adults and is well versed in healthcare. This position works closely on a behavioral health team of four, consisting of two therapists and a patient service representative who assists with scheduling and phone calls. Applicants should have experience working on an interdisciplinary team and feel comfortable staffing cases with the primary care and psychiatric provider as applicable. Open to reduced FTE (between 0.6 FTE=24 hours a week up to 1.0 FTE=40 hours a week)
Clinic clients are EvergreenHealth patients, ages 18-65, primarily with diagnoses of anxiety and depression. All clients are referred through their primary care provider at Canyon Park and are anticipated to see either the therapist and/or the psychiatric provider. Therapists are able to see clients for approximately 12 weeks, with the hopes of graduating from therapy or referring out for ongoing therapy options. Familiarity with evidenced based therapeutic practices is required. Candidate reports to both clinic manager and behavioral health manager.
