Join Sentara Health as a Behavioral Health Quality Director – Remote Eligible in United States.

- Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, Health Services, or a related field.
- (Required) 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare business operations in a healthcare environment.
- (Required) 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
Requirements
- Policy Development: Create, modify, implement and evaluate clear and comprehensive company policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations i.
- federal, state, and local government requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with department heads and management to assess policy needs and develop strategies to address organizational challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Develop, coordinate, and manage quality management and regulatory compliance functions.
