The Lead Counselor assists the Residence Manager in maintaining behavior and habilitation programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They provide indirect supervision to DSPs and oversee daily residential operations, including safety, medication, and community inclusion.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a Direct Support Professional. A valid driver's license in the Tri-State area and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
