Are you a confident, motivated Dentist who is ready to take the next step in your career? Are you looking for more than just your next position — a place where you can build meaningful relationships, develop a team, and grow your career for the long term?
North Lakewood Dental is looking for a driven Dentist who wants to do more than practice dentistry. We're looking for someone who is excited to take initiative, lead by example, develop their team, and play an active role in building a thriving practice.
At Blue Sea Dental, we believe great dentistry starts with great people. As a locally owned, privately operated dental support organization, we are committed to supporting our doctors through mentorship, continuing education, and the resources they need to succeed.
This is an opportunity for a Dentist who is confident in their clinical abilities, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term professional home where they can make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care while building lasting relationships with patients.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve patient care, clinical operations, and practice performance.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
- Mentor, develop, and support team members in reaching their full potential.
- Partner with the practice team to strengthen patient experience, treatment acceptance, and overall practice growth.
- Help establish a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Take an active role in the long-term success and development of the practice.
- How We Support Our Dentists
We want our doctors to feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. At Blue Sea Dental, you'll have access to:
Mentorship & Collaboration: Ongoing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to learn from experienced dental professionals.
- Continuing Education: Support for professional development and expanding your clinical skill set.
- Leadership Opportunities: The ability to take an active role in developing your team and shaping the practice.
- Operational Support: A dedicated support team to help you focus on patient care and clinical success.
Long-Term Growth: The opportunity to build lasting relationships, grow professionally, and contribute to the future of a locally owned dental group.
Requirements
- What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Dental License in good standing.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- A confident, driven, and self-motivated professional who takes initiative.
- Natural leadership abilities and an interest in mentoring and developing a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold others accountable.
- A growth mindset and genuine interest in helping build a successful, thriving practice.
Why Blue Sea Dental?
We are a growing, locally owned dental group that believes in putting people before profits. Our culture is built around collaboration, compassionate patient care, clinical excellence, and investing in our people.
We aren't just looking for someone to fill a position. We're looking for a Dentist who wants to grow with us, lead with confidence, and help shape the future of North Lakewood Dental.
