You'll work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that produce outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and prescribed modalities
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on their diagnosis, recovery, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalized care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply
