Key Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing oversees clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care. Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and possess 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health. A minimum of 2 years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role is preferred, along with strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and OASIS documentation.
