Key Responsibilities
The Director of Clinical Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for behavioral health treatment programs across inpatient and outpatient settings. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and possess a current unencumbered clinical social work license (LCSW). Previous experience in inpatient psychiatric healthcare is required for this position.
