NP - Pediatric Hematology Oncology Outpatient

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Nurse will perform comprehensive patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and manage medical conditions for pediatric hematology and oncology patients. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, provide patient education, and participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess a valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse license. Additionally, applicants are required to have NPI, CDS, and DEA registration, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
