Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery while performing functional behavior assessments and creating individualized treatment plans. They will also lead caregiver training sessions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve holistic client outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, and the role is open to all experience levels.
