Supervisor Clinic Operations - Behavioral Health Adult

Supervisor Clinic Operations at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in 9155 SW Barnes Rd Portland, OR 97225. This position floats between the Behavioral Health Adult Program and the Eating Disorder Program. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position.

The Supervisor-Office, develops, implements and maintains Outpatient Behavioral Health hospital department operations, workflows and day to day activities of support staff. This position provides support functions to providers, license therapists. Oversees hiring, training, development and competency of patient relations representatives (PRR). Establishes effective EPIC, safety and support workflows to optimize effective and efficient OP BH department functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years experience working in a health care environment or clinic.
• Experience with health care functions including but not limited to scheduling, registration, safety coordination, and project organization.
• Experience working as a lead or supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with computerized patient scheduling program.
• EPIC experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
