WeekdayDoc Hiring Index

Which clinician specialties are most in demand? A monthly index from live job postings

Every month WeekdayDoc ranks physician, nurse practitioner and physician assistant specialties by hiring demand using normalized signals from about 145,000 live postings across 50+ sources: share of openings inside a fixed source panel, how long postings stay open, how often a sign-on bonus is stated, job-seeker interest per opening, and advertised-pay drift on re-posted roles. Raw posting counts are never used — they move with our coverage, not the market. Published issues are frozen and citable.
