The Director of Learner Services will lead clinical quality, treatment outcomes, and ABA programming for an assigned caseload. They are responsible for supervising RBTs, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and state regulations.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and be licensed or willing to obtain licensure in North Carolina. Previous leadership, supervision, or mentorship experience is preferred, along with a strong commitment to ethical, data-driven ABA practice.
